Furious George is a Tokyo-born, Los Angeles-based DJ and producer working the seam between UK garage, house, and hardgroove. Inspired by the LA underground scene, his unique, upbeat sound has led to supporting role opportunities for artists such as Ayybo, Party Pupils, Dombresky, and Boston Bun, and festival performances including Brownies & Lemonade Puerto Vallarta, M3F, and more.
Off the decks, George is a music curator for SiriusXM, as well as a gigging guitarist and bassist. He holds a B.A. in Ethnomusicology from UCLA, a background that can be heard throughout the range in his crates and sets.
